I didn’t use a recipe for this but this is how I made it this time.
Start cooking the pasta.
The meatball mix is about 1⁄4 cup of plain bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder, 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic oowder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon worchestershire. Mix this with the ground beef and form into meatballs.
I wanted to test something so I rolled the meatballs in a small amount of panko and browned on two sides. The panko didnt stay crispy so you dont need to do it.
For the sauce I used a can of diced tomatoes and 3 ripe tomatoes. I blended the fresh tomatoes and half the can. I kept half the can diced for texture. Once the meatballs where browned on two sides(not fully cooked) I added the tomato. I added salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, sugar and red pepper flakes to the sauce.
I cooked this for about 15 minutes until done.
