Because they can’t afford Tom Holland for a cameo? Disney still pays Sony every time they use Spidey. Now, if you want Sam Wilson or Hawkeye II or Wong, then that’s something they could make happen.
I peraonally prefer the more gritty and grounded world of Daredevil and they is destroyed as soon as people in colorful underwear show up.
Part of the weirdness just comes from every story taking place in New York. It’s comic accurate, but it makes things awkward. Additionally some of these stories have too high of stakes.
Look at Thunderbolts, without spoiling anything, the residents of New York, including Daredevil, should have a strong opinion about what happened.
Or look at Wilson Fisk as Mayor having major issues with vigilantism. It’s odd if Spider-Man isn’t involved in that story.
Maybe we can get our heroes traveling a little more.
