What strikes me as a not very legitimate rumor is the NPU requirement. I upgraded to a high end CPU last year and it lacks a NPU. If it becomes a requirement, they’d exclude most of the consumer space. The tpu requirement wasn’t that bad as it had been around for a while.

AI will be a focus, though, I guess. Gonna skip 12 if this becomes reality.

No, lol. The ‘modular’ bit means there will be microtransactions in your monthly subscription, so you can be charged for each and every feature you use, as you use it.
