Huh. I don’t think I’ve ever seen goose eggs for sale. Usually just chicken, plus sometimes duck or quail too.
Do you keep geese or do they sell goose eggs in the stores where you live?
We have geese. Got them to protect the chickens from hawks and go mow the yard. But as a bonus we get eggs each spring.

Anchovy butter
1 stick unsalted butter, softened.
¼ cup parsley, minced
2 anchovy fillets, rinsed and minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced.
+ Fold everything together in a bowl.
+ Transfer to plastic wrap.
+ Wrap tightly
+ Refrigerate for at least an hour.

It only needs two fish out of a tin so make sure you have a recipe ready for the rest of it. My leftovers are going on pizza. Caesar salad is also a good one even though it isn’t part of the original recipe.
