iptables –> nftables

And if you really want the iptables UX, iptables-nft is also an option (at least on Debian). While I prefer firewalld most of the time on a server, my boss really wants to stick with the same tools he’s used for 20yr; so iptables-nft it is.

It’s not the ads. I can still get ad free via browser, which is all I ever use anyways. On my main home entertainment, I don’t have an ad blocker and this is what’s broken.

That’s how I started out, too. Not only does it take forever to dry, it’ll crack and slump. And then, of course, there’s the interminable sanding.

You can also play with the later coats, going with a thinner consistency so it fills the little holes better and you’re scraping most of it off. Watch a few youtube channels of pros, it’s time well spent to save time later.

Met a ten year old who is waaaay better than me at video games, and he only gets to play on Friday evenings. The kids are alright.

  • Note: Threadiverse is Piefed, Lemmy, and Mbin. Fediverse only accounts for listed software [12], not the other [117] software tracked by the website.
  • Source: Fediverse-Observer
  • Caveats: Only using 1 source, using two different sets of data within the same source (why 6 month and 1 year data seems off compared to the others, I didn’t dig through the code to figure out why that would be).

Takeaways:

  • Threadiverse growth this week
  • Fediverse shrinks this week
  • Piefed and Loops had positive growth each day last week (Friendica almost did)

Mods: Again, feel free to delete if its not appropriate in the community.
